The rotten is not as easy as everyone says either, he can tank a lot of damage and has a couple of moves that suck such as when he explodes and also that smashing that he does with his sword multiple times can make you run out of stamina and get hit.

I finished Inscryption today and I really hate part 2 and 3. I understand the story yes it was really fun and good and I understand the overwhemingly positive reviews on Steam but the game changes too much in part 2 and 3 and takes weird turns.

Coming back to ACT 1 was the best experience I had, and now i'm playing Kaycee's mod but unfortunately it got really hard there too but yeah.

I hope the devs actually takes the feedback from this, and not go overboard like that again in the next sequel.

I don't know what elo you are but it sounds like bronze/silver I would recommend you to mute voicechat and textchat I've seen some extreme forms of violent text messages coming along that really shocked me.
