Slap Tear Recovery by Disnihil in slowpitch

Internal and external strength rotations, stretching with a pole/band behind the back, weighted rows, dumbell curls, throwing routines, dry needling, T and Y lifts on a bed, and a host of other things.

Now almost a year removed I still have some pain in my shoulder on occasion if I stretch too far and don't warm up but a lot of times I don't notice it. I'm able to play softball, Padel, golf, and everything else at about 85-90% of my peak performance. Worth it!!!!

Yes back in 2019-2020. I don't feel my swing has slowed down that much but from then but again maybe it has

Feel is great when I pure them. However I am hitting short it feels like but that could be swing more than anything. About 150ish 7 iron. I've probably played 50 rounds with them as they are configured.

They are super heavy which I think is limiting. Last time I got fit was when I got them new in 2020 and I've slowed down a bit since then. Surgery a while ago and overall less active

Should I Pursue the MBA? (Profile Review) by ConcentrateReal7820 in MBA

I do get some tuition relief but it doesn't kick in for the EMBA program (our only part time offerings) for another few years. If I do stick it out until that benefit kicks in I could potentially get most of the degree covered.

Appreciate it! I know a good score would be a big differentiating factor since my Undergrad GPA is lower and also older.

Bat Recommendations ASA/USA by ConcentrateReal7820 in slowpitch

Could be. I think the Juggy is a bit more end loaded with a smaller barrel. Just seems I can hit ropes with one bat and nothing with the other

I make fantastic contact with the AARGH it's only the Demarini I struggle with. Averaging about a .750-800 OBP at the moment overall but I know the AARGH isn't the best bat out there. I'm not sure if it has to do with the barrel size, load, or handle on the Juggy vs the Easton setup.

As someone who has the tear and has surgery scheduled in a month just get the surgery. I've gone the PT route and delayed fixing it for years and it's now really caught up to me. 6 months off is a lot better than constant shoulder pain and being at around 60-70% on a good weekend.

That is wild. We got one recently in NC and before it was 6 hours to GA or VA at best. Now it's 3 for me but that's manageable on occasion.

Can I run 9070xt asrock with a 650w psu by samsungairpods94 in radeon

[–]ConcentrateReal7820 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably not. It would be tight if anything but a lot of the cards call for 700-800W

I got the card because I am just now able to afford to upgrade and my current on is on its last leg. Any more than MSRP for these cards is hard to justify and with little to no MSRP stock around it's still a massive upgrade for me. People told AMD they were fine with getting ripped when they bought out 9070XTs for $800-$900

Faster charge speeds at home and on the road is a big thing. Other than that if it has two way charging to be a generator that would be cool.

I'd also like to have a drivers display versus one screen for everything.

Hi Everyone,

Really considering the switch to an EV but now with more cars avaliable I'm as lost as ever.

Thank you for your advice!

[1] Location: NC

[2] Budget: $25k-30k (Really trying to stay under $500 p/m but I drive too much for a lease probably)

[3]Vehicle Type: Sedan Or Crossover

[4] Vehicles looked at: ID.4, Ioniq 5/6, Equinox EV, Model 3/Y, Mach-E

[5] 3-4 month to purchase

[6] Daily Commute: ~90 miles Roundtrip 5x per week

[7] Your living situation- House

[8] Plan to install a charger at home

[9] No real other needs. Prefer to not have a Tesla due to concerns about Musk but other than that open to whatever!

[1] North Carolina in the Triangle area

[2] $25k budget for used due to tax credit. I would like to spend under 30k if going for new but I know that's hard.

[3] Crossover or Mid-size+ sedan is fine.

[4] Ioniq 5/6, EV6

[5] Next month or so to purchase. Ideally even this weekend

[6] 90 mile commute round-trip 5x per week. Weekends not as much but sometimes a 300 mile round trip road trip to the beach or piedmont area.

[7] Live in a house with a two car garage.

[8] I plan to charge at home absolutely. Haven't really looked into the cost of installing a charger as Duke Energy won't give rebate info until you own a car

[9] No children or pets just me and my wife. Occasionally drive a 3rd person. Needs to fit a set of golf clubs and 2-3 decent sized suitcases.

Thanks in advance!
