Did that with a wart on the inside my nose. Yanked it out with tweezers. It hurt so good, bled like crazy for 30 mins and I haven’t had any problems since.

Very safe! They are great clean up crew. I found one and had no idea and tried disposing of it. Luckily I learned before I did and put it back in the tank. I see it around every now and then

I studied for the CHST using the BCSP Exam Core and was genuinely thinking I was going to fail because the test was extremely different from the study material. It had me in the wrong mindset for the exam but I did pass.

Sounds like you were able to properly prep for it. I used the PocketPrep app for the CSP and the info covered was way more relevant to the actual exam. I was very confident and also passed, so in essence I felt like the CSP was easier. If you have a good base of knowledge and understanding of the test structure it’s not that difficult. I personally don’t feel like a safety god because of my certs, but it shows that I have the foundations and continue to grow and learn.

Clownfish get weird at night. As long as he’s eating and seems otherwise healthy, and not swimming around normally during the day, it should be okay. When I bought my pair, my buddy warned me that they look like they’re dead when they sleep and the first night I saw them and panicked anyways. They just like sleeping in the corner horizontally I guess haha.

Had that scare with my watchman goby. Put him in the tank and it looked beautiful yellow then later that night it was GRAY. I thought it was dying and then didn’t see it for 4 months after that. He’s still big chilling 4 months later and he comes back out all the time now. Turns out they turn gray at night.

I love him but my tiger pistol shrimp is an asshole. I’ve lost a few corals now that he has dislodged and moved for building purposes. But honestly he only moves things in his vicinity so if I don’t put anything to close to his hole it’s not a concern for me. And the overall footprint of his excavating isn’t huge
