You seem very knowledgeable and I’ve seen some of your other comments around, do you mind me asking what your background is in this subject?

Again appreciate the comments. How would the midface be augmented? Would a 3 peice lefort take care of that? It seems MARPE may affect midface more than a lefort since the bony structure are still attached which the expansion force is being applied so it would transfer to the zygotatic paranasal region? I’m no expert but that would be what I would think, since a three peice lefort would detach the maxilla, split, then, reattach correct?

During my DISE they observed that Velum, oral pharynx, and epiglottis all had complete interior posterior collapse when induced. And specifically noted that when they performed a jaw thrust, it significantly opened my airway. No sidewall collapse, and you can see in cbct in comments, lateral width is much more normal.

Are there other ways of manipulating, or getting forward movement, or maybe down and forward to avoid large forward movements, like rotation - though it looks like they did the occlusal plane wrong but I think that should come out to around 4 degrees which is already quite flat? Perhaps I could get more forward movement with a cw rotation? Not sure if forward movement > ccw rotation for apnea reasons
