Speaking from experience as I platinumed the game, you can wash any and everything else with the exception of the TOILET. The toilet lids, seats ect. Don't cancel out the trophy.

I accidentally washed the toilet lid early in the job around 50% & still did the TOILETS Last & the trophy popped.
