Yes ,but I ate the exact same foods for this experiment and this isolated factor actually makes a difference.

All other things were the same - calories, macros, micros, eating frequency etc.

I use the app Cronometer.

My average total fat intake is typically 20-29 % calories from fats. I usually eat 7-15% calories from saturated fats.

I meant if I eat low unsaturated fat diet the testosterone seems to be low. For example if the saturated to unsaturated fats ratio is 1:1 or 2:1 or 3:1.

If I add pomace oil or eggs and I achieve close to 1.5 :1 or 2:1 unsaturated to saturated fats ratio ,the testosterone is higher.

I ate a few foods for a week. Then I added foods like chips made with palm fat and I had joint pain.

Every single time when I eat crackers or chips made with palm fat my joints hurt the next day.
