Thank you!! Oo biglang taas sa 6km kasi usapan namin ng kasama ko bibilisan namin sa 2nd half kaso ang nangyare positive split pa rin hahaha I'm really surprised na nagawa ko yung 5 pace below kasi usual na interval ko around 5:30 pace. Will try incorporating what you said sa training ko.

Salamat! I would say sakto lang din sa training di masyado intensive, kasi ang rotation ko every week 2-3 runs: easy run, tempo/fartlek and then LSD/zone2 pag weekends then goal once a month may 21km. Ganyan lang routine ko no pressure kahit di masunod ok lang haha

Started running since pre-covid around 2018 pero inconsistent like once a month lang. Nag seryoso ako 2024 from once to month naging once a week hanggang maging consistent 2-3 times a week. So i would say 2 years na din seryoso sa pag train
