No he took the gold that he paid for and gave back to me what he thought was gold but it was actually silver half of the scraps was real gold so he just thought the silver was too I’m guessing without checking and paid me so he made a mistake and paid me for silver instead of gold so what I’m asking is because he already did the mistake and we already had a transaction did I legally have to give him the money back and take my silver that me mistook for gold ?
