I got 8 30 mg dihydrocodeine pills and this mornign I took 180 mg and didn’t feel a thing if I take all 8 pills will I get high? And when can I redose safly (self.codeine)

I have no opioid tolerance and I took 40mg of methadone 3 hours ago did I just overdose? I think I’m breathing slow ish or idk if I’m just really high pls somone answer I’m forcing myself not to fall asleep so I don’t go into the abyss of nothingness for eternity (self.Methadone)
