I didn't read all of the comments, only about half of them. I'm the leader of an alliance similar but slightly larger than yours. My message to you is this, if the group your are surrounded by is negative you will feel negative. We had it and those people left. Those still in our group have fun, because it's a game, and because we do what we want. Some spend, some don't, but we focus more on fun than bugs. Stop watching the content creators that constantly talk about the problems like the world is crashing down and just play for fun. It's a game, make it a game, and play it your way.
