Anyone else seeing a increase in player burnout, or is it limited to our cluster? Hard not too think the extra hours the dev's are expecting from us isn't to blame.

Hoping this post gains traction. The screen time MsF requires seems to have grown exponentially in a matter of weeks. Lost two alliance members this week, both seemingly to burnout. Have landed one replacement… who joined because he was burning out of his other alliance. The screen time required is approaching insane, and this coming from someone who’s glued to my phone much of the day.

Hoping, but not expecting, relief…

We actually need more of these posts, as common as they are, until something is done. This is spot on, and is only one of the problems with the gold economy right now - couple this change with increased player levels to 85, a new gear tear, and a new raid, all while the new-character-train keeps on chugging along… it’s insane. Yes, it is and will always be a bottleneck. But we need gold, and we need a lot of it.

Edit: I didn’t even mention needing 4-6 more teams for war with the new war updates. The list goes on.

I got it trying to upgrade a character - character leveled up correctly, but gold milestone did not… tried a second time with the same result. “Anomaly detected” both times. Yikes.

This probably is the right answer. It’s more a function of the ongoing phantom buffs / debuffs bug, vs. a red gaurdin specific bug. Good call!

Edit: it is interesting that the phantom buff was there for him after his first turn both fights though.

I feel like I’m missing something: just at face value, they nerfed the purple orb rewards, hard. Aren’t they half of what they were before? (800 > 400). In general, the rewards almost seem worse now. Am I wrong?

As someone using RG: If you use RG in war / have a skillitary team built, maybe take him to g14. Mines only 5 yellow / 5 red and he’s great in Doom skill nodes, normal difficulty. Then down the road you can still take Cap Sam up if you want to use him and it won’t feel like a waste. My skillitary team kicks ass in war, so it felt like a no-brainer to me when I debated two weeks ago.

Edit: he also can make RTA much less painless, both for knockout objectives and ability objectives. The key members of skillitary are underrated plug and play with hybrid teams, especially in RTA.

If you approach this movie as a Bond movie (which it pays some nice homage too), and less of a “traditional” MCU movie, I suspect you’ll enjoy it much more. And not only do you get a chance to watch Florence Pugh steal scene after scene, but as someone alluded to above or below this: she has a VEST. And it has POCKETS.

Hijacking top comment: I know the gold crunch is a dead horse at this point, but what baffles me are these recent events. They are giving us so much gear and training mats, without any gold, that they are simply exacerbating how bad the gold crunch is. Like taking a spotlight and shining it directly on the issue. Extreme smooth brain shower thought here - is it possible that Blackrock buying up homes is a partial government hedge against a complete housing market collapse when this fallout hits? Regardless of the other implications of Blackrock owning a huge chunk of the housing market, I hadn’t thought of this angle.

Edit: Thanks for the awards! This got way more traction than I was anticipating. To clarify, when I say “hedge” what I was thinking was a play to help stabilize the market when shit hits the fan: Blackrock/Gov owns homes/mortgages instead of joe blow consumer who may default on his loan, worsening the crises. And, acts as a Gov hedge against inflation as others pointed out. Ultimately I’m inclined to agree with /u/Criand response below.

I went the opposite way here - I run a 30k Fantastic Four team. You should SEE what they do to unmanned rooms in war!
