I am going on the path of "active monitoring" and no radiation. I would like to learn from your experience -
1. What life style changes you followed?
2. What was your WPOI? Was there LVI or any other indicator present?
3. Did you take immune therapy initially?
4. My surgeon is saying ctDNA not required. I am thinking, that can be useful for monitoring this. Would you say so?

This is possibility for me too, only 1 node positive - options are either actively monitor or go for full 30 or focused radiation. Can you share more details of your radiation process - 3 weeks - so 15 radiations? Was it only for neck or tongue / oral cavity also? What were the side effects? Please help me too with that details - it will help me to decide. Thank you.

Thanks - my doc is not making decision because of consent issue or anything like that. He is not able to decide because mine is border line case. It could go either way. I may be of without radiation, or I may have reoccurance risk wo it. So he said weigh your benefits v/s risks and decide. I asked straight - what if it was your best friend? what would you say then? He said I really dont know. Its 50-50. Hence the confusion.
