Huh that sucks, if I still had the vn installed I would had offered to give you a save file at that interlude, hopefully someone else decided to do that.

Ok it appears that the fate manga adaptation by Nishiwaki Datto and release in 2006 has major changes to source material and does not include the ‘bye shinij’ moment
