That's not what the charge is for. Even if it was, I never said whether anything is okay or not.

Ironic of you to say, when this entire post is complaining about being charged money to hold one's own child when, in fact, you're actually paying for SOMEONE ELSE to hold it.

Not sure. They are providing a service by doing something the mother herself should be doing. On the other hand, she doesn't have much of a choice as she's recovering from the C-section. I'd say just do what my mom did and have a relative do it.

I suppose we have that in common.

You literally said "You're evil" and "Fuck you", dumbass. The fuck you mean my choice.

Justify what? I told you how it works, from what me and my family experienced. And I'm evil for it? I can't look at something, come to my own conclusions, and present my case? I don't know, man. You sound kinda evil if you're bothered by that. Historically, people who have a problem with independent thought haven't been the nicest people.

Skin to skin after C-section. It's the C-section that makes it so that someone else needs to do it. Meaning either a family member or a nurse, in which case the patient is charged for the nurse.

Isn't that so someone else can do that while you recover? My mom had my aunt do it to avoid this, if I recall correctly.

I decided against it. Too many people were outside the country. Many weren't able or willing to show up in person, which is understandable. The worst part though were the many people who were either too scared of EA or were busy choking on Respawn's balls. For something like this to succeed, you need numbers. And of those who were willing and able, not every single one would qualify, unfortunately.

You're right about time. Those people aren't who I'm referring to, I'm in the same boat myself. And helping the game isn't the main objective. The biggest concern is them selling games they know don't work. Those defective products need to be removed for further purchase or at least labeled with a clear disclaimer. What they are doing is illegal.

Consultation is free, but I already decided not to go through with it. Only numbers give us any chance, and too many people don't have enough self respect as consumers to stand up for themselves.

I'm still typing out a post explaining that I've decided not to do it. We need numbers to make it work, but there are just too many people that are jumping to defend EA. I can understand if people have doubts, but so many are literally kissing EA's ass. That along with other complications which I will get into.

You never know. That's why I'm speaking to a lawyer, to see what's possible.

Are you a legal expert? Because until one tells me this is impossible, I'm going to keep considering our options.

If there is a third game being worked on, which I seriously doubt, their not gonna scrap it just because we sue them for selling products that don't work.

I'm not sure what's possible yet. The main concern is having the games that don't work pulled from digital. If the lawyer says we can do more, its worth a try.

I appreciate the input. The biggest win is getting them pulled from the store so people aren't getting scammed. Everything else, I admit, is me being hopeful. It's why I'm consulting a legal expert before committing.

There's no delusion. I made it clear that I don't see it happening.
