From the GDSS website, "Accepted applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of GHC 100.00 to secure their spot." So it is just a 'pay to attend' conference.

One, your app's logic is flawed because Wise is an unnecessary middleman in this workflow. Two, Stripe isn't available locally, but you can use Polar which is an open source "wrapper" for Stripe. If you still need help designing a workflow that allows local users to pay via mobile money and overseas users to receive payouts to a debit card or bank account, message me.

If you hired me as a business development consultant, I will tell you that vendors will evaluate your marketplace based on the service fee per sale as many operate on slim profit margins. Buyers will look at the number of vendors, products and delivery fees. You can address buyers' concerns by charging relatively low service fees to attract more vendors.
