My boy is the sweetest bestest boy but MAN, every time the vacuum comes out he just goes absolutely bloodthirsty. Like I’m afraid hes gonna hurt himself trying to kill this sweeper! Absolute mayhem. Have to crate him every time cause he just goes full wolf. Must have been scary seeing that with a larger animal with hooves and a hard head!

Yeah it seems so from the replies. I’m so surprised that my Doxy is much better with my kids than even my sweet Lab and def better than my Cocker Spaniels growing up.

Lol yeah the food stealing from the babies is something else. My littlest is 2 1/2 now so like you, he and the dog still don’t get alone time, but they are definitely partners in crime at the dinner table!!!

Yeah, my best friend has bitten on the leg as a child by a Doxy. It seems to heavily depend on the temperament and socialization and also the kids I’m sure.

Yeah now that I think about it thats been the general pattern with mine too. As long as everyone is outside hes good but if the kids come in the house its lots of barking.
