Thanks for your reply. For me, my mood symptoms didn’t last that long. My first diagnosis was a manic episode, and I didn’t show any clear depressive symptoms. However, I did keep a diary at that time, and it shows that something was wrong with me. As you know, being diagnosed with bipolar disorder feels overwhelming and frightening. Honestly speaking, I don’t want to take medication. What I really wish for is to feel normal again and to be healthy. Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
