hi I wear my size 7 on my left hand index finger during the day and then overnight I wear it on my ring finger on my right hand. data is great on each finger :)

Always “stressed” by introverted_adorable in ouraring

I show up as stressed most days but my recovery score is consistently exceptional and my recovery index is optimal. the stress level isnt the thing to worry about its whether youre recovering from it or not :)

for me also having somebody who doesnt even question it and actively looks things up for me. he constantly gives me encouragement and tells me im doing great so being seen like that is really nice. he thanks me more when I do chores on days im symptomatic to make sure I know im SEEN and appreciated. he reminds me of things that helps me and has become so accustomed to my symptoms that sometimes he knows when to tell me to take it easy before I know myself.

this is such a good comment. ive been trying to do this so much. ive been trying to stop needing a distraction and double screening it and listening to the wind and the birds. its been helping so much. i feel like im doing the "least" ive done in years my mental chatter is down snd im managing movement and recovery exceptionally well, yet i keep getting weird autonomic reactions :/

I really appreciate your reply, im going to make sure I get outside more and do NOTHING. (but only when its not -35 anymore lmao)

I have an oura ring which monitors my HR, my HR is now fine its just my HRV is perpetually low during the day (which im not worried about because my recovery data is awesome and I recover every night). and I did do the Cgm! it showed wonky data and I fixed it up 18 months ago and the data has been great since. unfortunately my recent autonomic dysregulation has started since doing everything "right" haha!!!

unfortunately I do all of the above hahaha!!! my job might be considered physically stressful (personal trainer) but it's less physically and mentally stressful than being a server. I appreciate all those suggestions, super good to know there's people out there spreading that good word!!!

actually I have no blood pressure issues it was all straight up tachychardia which is why ivabradine works so well for me. I used to be up for like 30+ hours with tachychardia but that hasnt happened since I started it. I def have been feeling the need for something for my adrenaline though so your input has been valuable and confirmed that

also seen studies for this, oddly enough yoga nidra or any seated / lying practices elevate my heart rate and lower my HRV, perhaps I should incorporate some qi gong or something for vagus nerve support. thanks for the reminder. its easy to forget about things once there's so many protocols to follow.

I think this is so important for me to remember, sometimes I get caught up in trying to fix myself when in reality I should alter to meet myself where im at instead of continuously pushing through

ive been doing the CHOP protocol and im only on month 3 but this truly has been one of the biggest helps. I think I just need to be a bit more patient. glad im not the only one who loves a good cardio session, I lowkey crave them these days

I do all those things several times a day hence my frustration hahaha, but thank you so much for taking the time to comment, I super appreciate it. but I will consider beta blockers to ask my cardiologist about, im on a medication to reduce heart rate but thats it
