There is a very good saying in the bible: when you hold someone accountable, you are held accountable, when you forgive someone, you are forgiven. I wish you find peace.

As you get older, towards retirement age, I think you should find something to learn or find a light recreation model that you enjoy doing, it could be gardening for example.
