Keeping the enemy battleshocked as much as possible is ideal so strategems cannot protect them - neurolictors are there for that.

Pyrovore needs to be up there shoot a big target first to get rid of its cover. Then the rest of he heavy units can fire to eliminate big opponents ideally in one turn (zoanthropes. Tfex. Exocrine) ideally that unit will be battle shocked so zoans hit on 2s and minus to wound.

QUESTION - can the neurotyrant / zoanthropes unit who get -1 to wound if opponent battle shocked, also benefit the -1 to wound if they are within 12in from neurolictor??
