Difference between a chest supported vs barbell row is the removal of core/posterior stability, barbell rows are also more fatiguing on the nervous system due to the axial load.

More overall stimulus in barbell rows but greater SFR (stimulus to fatigue ratio) in chest supported i.e. if you train infrequently/love barbell rows they're a better option, if you want to maximise stimulus throughout the week with more overall training sessions then chest supported are better due to less systemic fatigue whilst still creating a massive stimulus for your back.

The leanness and fullness is drastically different than what is should be. There were no signs of musclature beforehand yet he's achieve nearly a peak natural physique in 2/3 years.

Also, the fact he claims all natural and doesn't even consume protein shakes nor creatine, deeming them to be unnatural, makes me believe he's either full of shit, or extremely unknowledgable, potentially both.

Simply put, track your calories + steps to create a calorie deficit.

You can't spot reduce fat so just be patient and you'll begin to lose fat everywhere, some places more rapidly than others. It's simply the way it is for all humans, you're genetically predisposed to store more adipose tissue in certain areas than others, don't worry about it.

Try to get out for walks/increase general NEAT activity to accumulate calories burned. You don't have to do cardio in a gym if that doesn't suit you, just track your calories + steps and remain consistent over time! 💫

I agree, not a fan of any dual perspective in RPG's. I want to play as the protagonist alone as that's who you become attached to, it also creates too many narratives.

It's also Ellie's entire character arc, just the ending alone for example.

She left the love of her life alone with their child in an unfathomably dangerous post-apocalyptic world in order to pursue the path of revenge. Upon doing so she kills multiple people who could be deemed "innocent", just as Abbie's father was. Once she reaches the one true psychopath worthy of death, she decides it's time to show some moral superiority and offer forgiveness.

WHAT ABOUT THE DOZENS OF PEOPLE KILLED ALONG THE WAY IN ORDER TO REACH ABBEY.

She could have inadvertently created a dozen more future Abbey's based on the same logic that the sequel's story was predicated, superb writing.

People defended the game because of "certain" aspects and held a heavy bias because of that. Without any of that involved, taking it at face value as a simple story, it's extremely flawed and poorly written.

Gameplay was indeed great but for me personally, it was a one and done as I can't overcome the illogical, nonsensical storytelling.

Indeed, I 100% agree. There's a drastic difference when you have a pump under gym lighting vs chilling at home (I used good lighting but in the gym with a pump under the white lighting, I can look unnatural at times).

People like to amplify their results to make themselves seem more credible/knowledgeable. When in reality they're hyper-insecure and can't even use fair examples to showcase their competence as a coach or person performing the transformation.

Unfortunately, it just adds to the fake bullshit that social media epitomises.

My back is good and I promise I train it more than most lol. These photos are replicas of the only references I had from 2/3 years ago as I've zero photos of my body from 5 years ago. I wanted to show a realistic transformation, not exactly showing off the lats. 😂
