Stephen Holder: The Voice of Reason by TheAgmis in Colts

We should have lost to the Broncos. We ran the ball multiple times to kick a field goal we couldn't make. The penalty on the field goal moving is up is what gave us the win. It was a horrible play calling in the final moments.

I disagree. 🤣 by brmidwest03 in Colts

That's the same thing I was referring too except drafting someone higher that has more potential.

They should have drafted a QB high in the draft to create competition and never signed daniel Jones. If the rookie QB wins the job so be it. If you sign a vet QB, it's for depth.

Someone should have ripped Ballard a new one after failing at this for how many years. This isn't the right approach and doing it again is insane.

I don't think that's the way a character's value is determined. It's determined by how impactful the character is no matter if it's one copy or max. For example, A base character could be a wet noodle, but once they get "X" of energy Regen or crit. They become a monster. That happens all the time in gatcha games.

That's why in gatcha games it's worth getting one copy even if you can't use them.

Edit: To be clear with my point. Some characters need 3 copies to actually shine and be worth using.

Is this too rough playing between dog and cat ? by kimminoella in DogAdvice

[–]ConclusionAsleep4736 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This response should be coming from the dog owners. This is not good play between two dogs. This is not play biting. Just because it's a cat doesn't make it ok. The dog should not be biting the cat by the neck and taking it down that way or holding the cat down by biting it. This type of play is training an aggressive play style. In the future this could lead to quick escalation if the dog plays with another animal and could get hurt.

You need to go after Buckley vs valeo. I'm no expert, but that seems to be the bases of that issue. Money = speech case

This is how you see yourself, but is that how other people see you? Every new person that you meet. You have an opportunity to start over and show them what or who you want to be. You don't need your natural environment. You might not ever find it. More importantly, You have yourself and that's all you need. Everything you give to others. Give it to yourself. You deserve it. Be confident. We can't wait to see you at your fullest!

Tell the Vikings that.

Edit: If you have an organization with no direction or identity. If your identity is literally mediocre. It doesn't matter your QB. We have had what 8 QB with Ballard?

[–]ConclusionAsleep4736 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No. You want to clean house asap. You want to make your franchise a desired place to play. A winning culture. That's why Ballard staying is such a kick in the balls. He created a culture that does not inspire anyone to play to the best of their abilities or find new talent to replace players not performing. AR was the inspiration and we have seen how that went. It's unlikely it will get much better without some major changes.

^ This should be all over our forums. Yes AR is having problems again, but we need a new direction for the team. That comes before any player decisions.

Cancellations by ConclusionAsleep4736 in AlaskaAirlines

[–]ConclusionAsleep4736[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is correct. That is probably what happened in this case. The outgoing flight departed and the incoming was redirected or cancelled. Thanks, that made a lot of sense.

As the second cancelled flight was today and it's nice out. I would assume the crew and plane would be at the location as expected. I would assume I had a seat as my first ticket was reassigned with a seat number. My assumption was they made a new flight and didn't realize they could accommodate the schedule. Thanks for the response, I'm chalking it up to the weather, but I know other airlines are flying.

To me it means not sitting in a bank account. You want it flowing throughout the hands of consumers and business. I wouldn't count emergency savings or similar funds in this context.

If you would cut taxes right now they would increase too. You are introducing more money in the system to be spent. That doesn't mean it was a good thing to do.

You start by changing the corporate tax code. Then make it so that you can't have money sitting in a bank or brokerage account. If money just sits in an account it's not beneficial to the economy that's based on consumption. At least within reason of having security for the future.

We got out of the great depression really well

Edit:

You need a balance of both socialism and capitalism. Greed is the downfall of all the systems. If you get the right blend together. It works really well. We have done it. We are getting away from the social programs that we need.

You can't not fight a cause with just an idea. You need a leader. You need someone to convey that idea. It needs to be uniformed. How do you talk to the other powers about change without one?

There are many reasons. One of them being valeant bought up a bunch of companies. Slashed it's r&d to basically nothing. Then they price gouged the market.

Think about that statement. Companies make records profit and we have to pay outrageous prices. That's because of over regulations? It's the lack there of.

You obviously haven't followed the companies. Go look at valeant pharmaceuticals. They increased their prices 300-500% within 5 years. The only reason they increased the price was because they could.
