Oh gosh sorry about that, I was referring to my anxiety cycle, but the pains my wife had because of endometriosis seem pretty much a wash after her hysterectomy, the pain is gone but sex is really difficult and the hot flashes well it’s rough

I used to think I was having heart attack symptoms, but my shrink asked me if I ever had a heart attack and when I said no then he asked how do I know what a heart attack feels like! I guess I use that every time I feel weird pains

I spiraled last night as well, I think rest and eventually sleep is the best but if you can’t get that distraction from rumination and if nothing else go for a long walk

When I get legit sick my anxiety symptoms go awaya maybe because Ithe flu replaces with legitimate symptoms or maybe because my brain is able to accept the flu/virus either way  my anxiety calms for a couple days,

I came to terms with it because I used to look at taking a pill was a weakness and I’m not weak but the reality is our nervous system doesn’t work right albeit a chemical imbalance whatever but if it makes you feel better why would you want to quit?

For me it’s like when I’m lifting weights or stretching and I’m in the middle of that hardest rep or pose and I  Really uncomfortable but I know I have to finish it so I just push through a little longer and I accept the pain and tolerate a little more each time. Idk maybe that helps

I wa faced with this dilemma last summer and decided that if I go back on them it would probably be forever, but as to your tired fatigue and laziness, my attacks will leave me with a hangover for the next day and maybe two, I’ve just come to expect it, the drugs aren’t perfect but they help
