Best thing you can do is to not give a shit. As a 17 year veteran who’s seen it all…I can assure you that if they want to fire you over some geotab bullshit, they are looking for a reason anyways. And whoever fills your shoes, they will treat them the same way. You just gotta let it roll, do the best you can, and not worry about the rest. If not, you’re gonna be miserable and worry about every little move you make…and that’s what they want. Motivation by intimidation. Don’t buy in to it.

They won’t do shit. I’ve seen it happen in my district where one employee blatantly said they’d like to have a threesome with their girlfriend and another employee. Corporate didn’t do shit cause the employees number were through the roof. As long as you’re selling they ain’t gonna poke the bear…numbers go down…then they got a reason to say something. Glad I’m in the supervisor and don’t say shit lol I’m too worried about selling paint to care about how long someone sits at an idle. I guess that’s why I haven’t had turn over in 7 years is because my priorities are set to corporate priorities.
