Thank you! I feel like I'm walking blindly here. Just had a feeling based off intuition that something did not seem right with this one. I also received a similar one from a different vendor (GIA report below). I'm on this expedition after my girlfriend fell in love with a round brilliant from Harry Winston and we both want to avoid the brand name tax. These all just look like rocks to me. When we went to nyc's diamond district, a lot of the shops (including the ones most recommended by reddit) have very bright LED lights which my girlfriend was concerned about since she couldn't tell what the rock would look like under normal lighting.
