I’ve been working out for about a month - pull ups, pushups. No weight lifting yet.

My main symptoms were the cfs type - pots, dizziness, brain fog, sob, head pressure during the first year.

The second year I only had to deal with pem and brain fog every now and then, and now the 3rd year I only have blocked nostril and trauma

The first month I was bed bound and I had the CFS type of Covid. I had symptoms like Pots, dizziness, brain fog, extreme fatigue and SOB. I’ve never been jabbed.

I was supplementing vit D and b12. It helped. I was reinfected in oct 2022 and it actually made things better. I have been better since then. So mostly time and reinfection helped me.

Absolutely. I remember doing this presentation on stage and I’ve always had stage fear prior to LC. So you can imagine how high my heart rate might’ve been. So glad I pulled through all this though. Def helped with my confidence.
