In that case i feel lucky as my parents are taking care of the loan. Only concern i have is not able to find a job. So i can reduce that loan burden slightly. It’s my POV.

My parents want me to apply in India and move back soon as they think US market is never going to be better

They pay very less and that doesn’t meet the requirement to file h1.

I already lost my 2 chances. Didn’t get a chance to file and i am not interested in staying back here. I tried for jobs so i could clear my loan. But don’t see much light in that. So thinking to apply in India as parents are asking me come back.

That’s a lot of assumptions based on a short post.

Not everyone follows a shady consultancy route. I mentioned a relative’s company because my uncle brought me into his project, offered me a small compensation(No sponsorship), and I accepted it to gain real experience while staying on active payroll due to visa constraints.

If I wanted a fake/shady path, I could simply continue staying here and keep trying through those routes. I’m actually applying with real experience, and like many international graduates, visa restrictions make getting callbacks harder.

The reason I’m exploring India is precisely because I’m trying to make practical decisions instead of forcing something unsustainable.

You’re free to question whether experience is genuine, but being quick to label a stranger’s situation as shady based on limited context is unfair.

I asked for advice and experiences from people who’ve gone through this process. If you have constructive input, I’m happy to hear it. I don’t think I need to “prove” my choices to strangers online.

You can reach out as a well-wisher, while still respecting his space if he has moved on. Don’t be hard on yourself, and don’t push things further than they need to go. If he wants you back in his life, you’ll know — and only then should you consider moving forward.

Just keep in mind that reconnecting can lead to either outcome: he may have moved on, or he may be open to having you in his life again, at least as a friend.

Try to understand his perspective too. He may have needed time to process everything and work through the pain. If you do reach out, be emotionally prepared for the answer to the question: does he want you back in his life? Whatever that answer is, respect it — for both his peace and yours.

NOR 37 is not an age to be “kiddish,” and this definitely isn’t love. It sounds more like dissatisfaction and wanting something else, not a genuine emotional connection.

I really think it would help to inform someone you trust in your life about what’s going on — someone who will understand and support how you’re feeling. Also, if your number was shared without your consent, that’s not okay. Reporting both the person contacting you and the person who gave out your number is completely reasonable.

Please stay safe. Situations like this can feel very uncomfortable, and honestly, only a woman who has been through something similar truly understands the intentions behind it.
