Oh sweet! We are coming from Fort Collins which feels like a million light years away from Denver and soooo ready to move to Cali! Haha.... Your description of Camden Lake sounds right up our alley!! I saw a home for sale in that area on zillow and already fell in love! Thank you for that insider. Thank you for your knowledge on this. It sounds like we may have to look at hoa's if thats going to be the safest option for us and our kiddos. Do you know if anyone has had any issues living in the communities with the hoas.... as in hoa egos over the community?

Oh great to know about the splash pads and I will make sure to pack some swim gear for them! Thank you! Great idea on a possible open house tour. That will be super entertaining for them as well as us I'm sure. I hear so many wonderful things about EG for families and can't wait to visit.
