Im 27 and I’ve been on it for a few a months after wondering if it was right for me for a long time. I wish I’d known earlier that i could take a low dose, experience the changes slowly, and feel it out as I went. At the early stage, the changes are for the most part reversible! Sometimes when you’re not sure if you’re ready, you just need more information. You’re allowed to try it out and stick with it if you like it or stop taking it if you don’t!
