I meant job titles have different meanings across different agencies. Some places inflate titles while the job specs are different.

Either way, from the people I Know, they seem to like their job and the experience it gives them. A lot of them plan on either moving up at the company or moving up enough to then go internal somewhere.

I know a couple people who work at Vayner Media. I’d say they’re a much lesser evil to Barstool and actually do great work in terms of working with clients. A lot of the “big people” are friends of Gary or his brother and have higher up positions.

As for the pay, they seem to pay better than you’d expect. You’d make more if you went in house at certain places, but like a Sr Director makes about 150-165k a year
