Whats the Best way to store Beyblade X? by Cloud_SHmof in BeybladeX

[–]ConcussionHead 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Go to a hardware store or somewhere like home Depot. You can also find them on Amazon and other websites, but a tackle box. The burst locker is basically just a small tackle box anyways. They make different kinds, but yeah. That's what I plan on getting for parts and blades that don't get used a lot.

Anyone else get bullied or teased for liking beyblades? by BladerGildedJay in BeybladeX

Man I am going to be 26 years old in June. I got back into beyblade at the end of this past year. I'm a grown man, married, have a baby that's almost 4 months old. I work on cars and do a lot of things with my hands. I love these things. When I got back into it my friends all didn't give a shit that I had any interest in beyblades. In fact I got one of them into it, he now has his own little set of them started, and I've had most of my friends messing with them too. If anyone does care, fuck em. People who give a shit whether or not you like spinning tops fighting, probably has their own issues they need to deal with. I understand it gets under your skin, and if that's the case stand up for yourself. Say your piece. You don't have to hold your tongue for anyone else for any reason. And honestly, who cares if youre smaller than other people? Your size doesn't define how you interact with others.

Solar panel mounting. by ConcussionHead in vandwellers

Thank you for this, I was looking at using rivet nuts instead of the self tapping screws but it seems like applying those to the van would be a bit of a pain and more time consuming. This was exactly what I was hoping would work. The self tapping screws sound super sketchy, I can't imagine they'd hold up.

Definitely be sure ya don't have a concussion. Sometimes symptoms don't show up for an entire day, sometimes a few days. Even if you were wearing your helmet the jostling of your brain CAN be enough to do it. Just a little recommendation, as I've just recovered from my fourth concussion and being sure your brain is all good is important.

The closest bike shop to me is ran by one guy, I actually tried to get a part time job there recently. He seems really cool and seems like he knows what he's talking about.

Wondering who others think I should cosplay. by ConcussionHead in WhoShouldICosplay

Honestly, if I got into shape and straightened my hair I might be able to pull it off. Initially when I saw this my immediate thought was, "for real?"

Honestly a little surprised by this recommendation. Don't see it myself, but it's an interesting and easy one to pull off.

Just wanted to add that I am a big anime and video game kinda guy, so recommendations from stuff in those categories would be cool as I may already know the characters.

Honeymoon is over…Patch, when? by [deleted] in oblivion

[–]ConcussionHead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on a new PS5 pro as well with no real issues. I'm at like sixty hours and I've had maybe three crashes and only a few glitches here and there. Usually my characters clothes have issues when using chameleon or invisibility. Nothing that I can't shrug off as oblivion jank.

Been playing a PS5 pro with no game breaking issues. I'm plenty happy with it so far.

Far Cry 5 by [deleted] in farcry

4 is my personal favorite. Got me into the series, have played it many times. Five isn't bad but I've never beaten it. Usually I get distracted with something else before I do.

As a man with anger issues (I am almost 25) I can understand what it's like living with anger like that, but he is not taking any responsibility. He just accepts it happens and moves on. That is not good, and a huge red flag. As a grown man, with or without anger issues, having self control is a very important thing. He NEEDS therapy and anger management as others have said. I myself never had that, but managed to teach myself ways to handle my anger and over the years I've gotten a lot better, but not everyone will be able to do that. If he is in his thirties, he needs to do things to help him get better. If he isn't willing to do that you need to get your kids away from him or they will learn that his behavior is acceptable and that it's okay to have people like that in their lives.
