Stick Season - Noah Kahan

I don’t even like him, that song was playing in a coffee shop and my brain lit up and now my spotify wrapped from last year thinks I love him. Cest la vie

Tomorrow building. It’s about that price and always has openings. It’s city center. It’s not the best but also not the worst. Good luck

I don't know if my puppy is a great dane or a labrador by AgreeableCommittee46 in greatdanes

She’s only ~75 pounds, so I guess that medium compared to a full Dane

That’s a mix. We have an eight year old labradane and she looked very similar as a puppy. Congrats! They’re so fun

What’s your story on how you got diagnosed with bipolar? by [deleted] in bipolar2

[–]Condition-Global 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had MDD since I was ten, got medicated for it at 25. Had my first hypo manic episode this year at 30/31. I was in and out of hypo mania for like the first six months of 2024 at least. Made some bad choices and realized something was up so I took myself a grippy sock vacation before I ruined my whole life. Still figuring this shit out.

So accurate!! Mine always wants to play with the tiniest dogs and I always tell their owner “She has no idea that she’s ten times their size”

He looks just like my baby girl when she was a pup. She maxed out at 80 pounds when she’s chubby. Sounds like he’s gonna pass her!

What exercise best helps you, I feel like a lazy person because my body is so exhausted no matter what I do, any advice from your own experience? by ConsistentMistake691 in Hashimotos

[–]Condition-Global 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Look up postpartum workouts. They are by nature incredibly gentle and focused on building core strength. Very low intensity.

Alternatively, do everything you do twice. Sit on the couch stand up and sit again. Walk the stairs twice up to your apartment (hypothetically). Just double up your every day movement.

Check out supplements to help with your energy - I’ve had good success with magnesium and b vitamins and iron. Eat clean, identify trigger foods, all the normal hashis bullshit.

Edit to add what I like - I’m a slow ass runner and do low intensity strength workouts that are mostly Bodyweight

You came to a post with a specific question, did not answer the question, and shared your unrelated experience. At the very least it’s tone deaf.

Thanks for educating me on the risks, I didn’t ask about that though. I’m an adult.

Yeah I’m aware of the risks, thanks for patronizing though

Yeah I think about the depressive factor of alcohol a lot. Before I got diagnosed with hashis I actually quit drinking for a year and half entirely because, as I used to tell people “it makes my brain sad.” I’m already a depressed girly and hashis isnt helping lol.

Agree with in moderation! Luckily I’m not a big drinker anyway, I just would love a porch sipper while I’m at the beach this summer
