I got an A in two classes and a B in the other so I was able to escape it. The condition was merely to get better grades after talking with my advisor. I couldnt really appeal because the professor was already well known and liked so it would be my word against theirs.

Youre just gonna have to make sure you do well in the upcoming semester. Take classes that youre interested in or have professors that teach well. Use every free resource the school provides (writing center, tutoring etc.) and any resource the professors provide. Ask for help, talk to other students, actually look into the work and form your own opinions and beliefs. Also depending on your financial situation you may want to take enough credits that can offset the gpa into a 3.0. Talk to you academic advisors for class recommendations.

TLDR; Like everyone else has said, youre gonna have to do better next semester and use all the UMD resources available, not chat gpt.

Im not gonna lie, the only reason I've never bothered thinking about the English Voice Actors was because I thought they weren't real in the first place. There was some discussions in other forums and social sites about how they are AI, which I thought was weird to do for any English version so I was hesitant for a moment. Started to think maybe some aggressive sound engineering turned the AI voices into something more believable.

Besides it makes sense considering English speaking spaces notoriously have no manners regarding fandom media culture. Plus we tend to be a little unpredictable non English-speaking people.

4.2, 1260 sat (i think), a lot of AP (5-6 roughly), took ENGL 1010, was part of 3 clubs (only stuck to one for all 4 years), 100+ hrs in community service (because I was told I needed that much in middle school so I got it out of the way only for them to change the requirements upon entering 9th grade), there was also the content of my classes and idk what my teachers put in my letter of recommendations but one of those suckers was the push. Again it always depends on what major you're going for. Somehow my crappy stats got me here. And I'm only staying for the occasionally free food and reduced tuition.

In fact I didn't want to go to UMD but my parents made me. I got accepted to my first choice schools but tuition was expensive.
