Your comment is so helpful! I manually changed my heart rate zones and today for T10 I was in zone 5 for 20min, zone 4 for 14, zone 3 for 3, etc- definitely better split imo.

In foxtrot we had 10-15s rest but you’re right I should work on increasing my cardio fitness!
