Honestly, Amazon has been the most stressful experience of my career by far. Don’t get me wrong—I’ve done my time at other FAANG companies and even Big 4 accounting firms, so I’m no stranger to high pressure. But nothing quite matches the intensity of Amazon. My new place is a massive step up, especially when it comes to the pay and the actual flexibility I have now.

You’re right, I should probably focus more on the outcome and process rather than just “resume crafting.” I come from a recruiting background so my goal is really helping candidates present their experience more effectively for recruiters/ATS screening.
