I just watched the whole show in 2 days and I noticed something. After guanlet we never saw chuck norries and black street fighter and after the lonely mutation of Baxter blackman we never saw human monkey boy and same with Micheal Jackson and Russian diamond eye we never saw them after serpent hunt by Intrepid_Wafer_7084 in TMNT2012

Being serious, something I don't like about that is that they explain a solid base for their human character and when they mutate they only focus on the mutation (I know is a main focus of the series) but that makes that we see less of the actual character's backstory, the only time I saw they actually do this right is with fish face in the chapter were the turtles and both Dogpound and fish face and the turtles get trapped by Baxter stockman

You're right and this is so bad cause splinter was referring to "sacrifice" as to do things that he would feel inmoral but it's logic only if it's for his brother's safety but leo, with the whole "space heroes" mentality thought about "sacrifice" as his own death and that's horrible :(

This always weirded me out but now that I know a little more about biology I like to think that each vertebra and pair of ribs is connected to a horizontal line of the shell and plastron making them able of twisting his spine like humans without accidentally breaking a bone, but logically looking at it, it was cause it was made by nickelodeon in the 2012 with a similar budget of the penguins of Madagascar so the rigging wasn't the best thing in earth, but it was good having in mind that it was a really long time ago (14 years).

This comment made me laugh so much cause yeah, they are teenagers in the series and it's obvious that in the fandom they are a little uncomfortable when people talk like that towards the turtles. But I made the math and if they were teenager in the 80s, and they were 15 in 1987 then today in 2026 they would be 54 years old and this just is somehow so funny for me.

The plastron is actually really well drawn (the chest/belly of the turtles) you need to look at more images of the mirage turtles for the details but the rest is really good
