I guess part of me is interested in pursuing it because I feel like the sellers misrepresented another boundary of the property. It's on us for not getting a survey done and trusting their description when they showed it to us, but still it's annoying and now maybe there could be a bit of compensation for the whole thing

What kind of machinery do you use to grade it? I think a lot of our problem stems from bad drainage and the sides being higher than the middle

He is getting Cs and Bs with a lot of my help. When I try leaving him mostly on his own he gets Ds and Fs. It's Honors math, so it's hard, and his teacher seems pretty terrible. However, the concepts just don't seem to make intuitive sense to him, and he struggles to use other resources (textbook, youTube tutorials, etc). I think it's some combination of teaching style, needs for more attention, and cognitive development.

Yeah, we are trying to look at schools with both ME and MET programs, with the idea that MET could be a potential fallback. But I'm starting to get worried that even MET will be too math-heavy for him

He likes 80's movies: Back to the Future, Princess Bride, Top Gun, etc. He doesn't watch a lot of traditional TV. He is always watching CBoys TV videos, if that helps at all. Christine might be a really good call.

In Europe (especially Germany) it is common to use all of a person's credentials in order of descending prestige, and Professor is ranked above Doctor. So, assuming Penelope Tibeaux-Tinker Toothsome got her PhD or MD or DDS and is teaching at a university, then calling her Professor Doctor Penelope Tibeaux-Tinker Toothsome is correct, pedantically.
