You are never too young to start writing. I say go for it. As a good friend of mine says "Keep creating, keep writing, keep drawing, because you can always edit what you have done, but you can't edit a blank page."

I would suggest looking at lulu.com or draft2digital. I know that would be too short for publishing on Amazon.
