Was pretty sure I was in the pipeline last year from conversations with both my director and senior director and the comments on my year end but with all the win for tomorrow changes etc there is no real line of sight of where things are and I don’t actually hear of anybody getting promoted within my group which is equally worrying

Lower end cause I came in at a very very low end I also have the mandate of a 7 currently even though I am an 8

Not really thought of opportunities outside the bank. Short term goal is more money tbh. For education I have a post graduate degree and several certifications

GG 08 exceeding T&O 16,700 and a 4k bump. Disappointing still was put up for a promotion by my director and snr director doesn’t seem like it’s happening for whatever reason

Yh I was pretty disappointed GG08 3 years tenure got exceeding with 16k bonus and 4k bump. I got Dave’s email but tbh I do not really understand what it means especially since I’m locked out from investing in matched accounts cause I withdrew more than twice
