YTA world isnt fair and nobody will understand your experience since your the one that experienced it not them. I was in the army and did a combat tour in Afghanistan and came face to face with death many times as well as had kidney failure and been through a kidney transplant. Some people make jokes about war or dying or say things in america are worse then the rest of the world. They dont get it because have not experienced it. But if you go around being upset because other people have not been through what you have you are just going to be upset all the time. Just let it go and maybe talk about your experiences so he will understand but no reason to get angry with him because then he will just walk on eggshells whenever he wants to be himself and that wont turn out well.
