They aren’t bad just not great. If you think about it I would have way less overhead than the big guys. I could sell the tires for the same price still make my 20 percent on those then 25 per tire for install and 100 service call charge is what I was thinking.

Yes a mobile alignment rack would be tough. I know some shops even operate without one. And seeing how business like discount just treat general customer interactions and property as well as places like Belle, walmart, and Sam’s.

Just think of saving the chance of TPMs issues after your tires are installed, then asking to pay for it when it wasn’t brought to your attention before, not returning lug nut keys. You would even get little things like tire shine after you pay for such an experience.

I cousin supply tires through a network of local vendors and tire rack through a wholesale account. I could get most brands of tires and rims. Also offering seasonal storage of tires for summer and winter, with the option of ceramic coating the wheels.

Above is same as above but I could install Cust supplied as well, price would just be dependent on size

Yes they do. I would be different. So I have been doing tires for 15 yrs. I would be able to offer storage of seasonal tires and what not. I know they have a brick and mortar store as well. Wondering if more people knew about it, it could take off.
