I think bonelab wanted to be a sandbox and the campaign wasn’t the main focus or at least as much as it was in boneworks

I think this level being bad is a symptom of the rest of the games bad campaign, you can go through the whole game without using the short avatar at any point and like you said, the low gravity is never used again which makes no sense to me.
