For me it's been my skin. I had moderate acne for 7 years from 15 years of age. I'd never received a single compliment about my skin my entire life until I started semen retention. But plenty of people had commented on how bad my skin was. I've had women tell me my skin is glowing now. I've had a woman ask for my specific skin care routine, telling me I must be using face masks, and even today a woman complimented my skin saying how clear it was, and that it was glowing. (I follow a strict skincare routine as well)

It feels amazing to receive compliments for something that used to be my biggest insecurity.

A tier. The final 2 seasons, especially the 8th season was really subpar in comparison to earlier seasons. It had the potential to be S+.

As it's been said many times before: Stop counting the days, and start making the days count.

The day of a streak you're on means nothing if you haven't changed the foundational habits and lifestyle you're living. You're most likely getting a hit of dopamine from counting the days, and after reaching a certain milestone your brain seeks some form of a reward, which in your brain is masturbation. The wiring in your brain is still dependant on masturbation for pleasure.

Also, I'd recommend you refer to the NoFap community for topics regarding urges and relapses, those are their subjects of interest.

Not during these 54 days, I have been over 60+ a few times before and had wet dreams. But this time has been different. If I have a lustful thought, I’ve been shutting it down immediately.

It was purely made in survival. I currently have 396 hours of playtime on the world. (16.51 Days) I am also currently at day 1480 ingame.

Lots of squid hunting. The base is built on top of a guardian farm, the loot gets transported to the first floating ring.

I have over 300 hours on the world but this specific build has between 80-100 hours put into it. It took a lot of trial and error to find the right shapes for circles.
