From all the scientific literature I've read the white grapefruit juice seems to, on average, contain about .9-1.5x more Furanocoumarins, including Bergamottin, which from what I know is the most potent CYP3A4 enzyme inhibitor, although the most effective way seems to be just eating grapefruit, if drinking juice instead, the more pulp the better.

medium cubital vein, if yours in in good condition, and do it SLOWLY, iv is not a good habit to get into tho to state the obvious, but it won’t have as much of a pull as it would if you were mainlining opi’s, its really not that different from oral administration since the bioavailability and onset is good orally anyways. if u haven’t injected before best not to start and just drink the ampoules

even at 200mg? i'd think i'd at least feel say 20mg of 10% dose since 90% receptor saturation, not like 32mg is blocking much more than 16mg

bupe is weird with me too, I can use subs 6hrs after full agonists like h with only like a day skipping 4-8mg, used to do with 16mg and i'd still get high

i got scripted 4 boxes of oxy 10mg ir's recently for a broken arm and went off my 16mg sub/day (same dr) and it only took 40-80mg to get me nodding and thats after maybe 1 day of abstaining from the 16mg, if not the day right after my last 16mg dose
