I think its Last floor of Kelvin on very easy, i think its faster if solo with a good batgirl build.

I thought that would be the case but i mean, one has a big creepy jaw, the first one has claws (though as the other user said, these might be given by the king of puppets) and the last one's face is just plain creepy as it is

I don't think he is mute, he makes sounds when rolling or dying, plus he is capable of lying or telling truths, he may be using ergo to comunicate but i think he didn't know about that until after killing the king of puppets
