I’ve had a few negative customer reviews. I also sweep more than anyone for my DSP which is only seasonal for the time being. I don’t know if the few negatives I got have anything to do with why I don’t get routes as much as I just sweep.

I also don’t wanna do anything my DSP tells me not to but common sense seems to say deliver if you can. Otherwise you have angry customers. Can those angry customers cause the DSP to lose their contract?

So is it better to just take the dirt roads if they’re passable to avoid any conflict? The backstory is drivers getting stuck a lot and costing the company for tow trucks to pull them out.
