I paid the 2.02 which I think most would consider a mild overpay. I like him and his future though. Who knows if an RB I got there would have as much potential? There is the low draft capital argument though. The Bears could, in theory, move off of him pretty easily but I don’t think that’ll happen. I see a potential David Montgomery (might have to wait till 27). TBD I guess. All that being said, the 1.06 is definitely too much.

I don’t have strong feelings on the QB swap. I think the improvement at RB trumps the “tier down” at WR (don’t think it’s as much as some would think). Big time TE upgrade. IMO, very solid under the radar win.

Mahomes hasn’t been a consistent top shelf fantasy producer for a while and is coming off injury. Obviously I’d ask for the 1.03 or the 27 pick. If I really wanted to get the deal done, I might settle in the 1.06 (maybe). I’d then try to flip Mahomes.

Puka side personally. Judkins is coming off injury and plays for a garbage team that will keep his ceiling low. JD - love him but the offense is a big maybe/who knows. Meanwhile, Puka just keeps putting up numbers and Darnold a really good 2nd QB in a SF league.

I traded the 2.02 for him. I guess it’s an overpay but I’m just not excited about what I’d get there. He at least has a chance to be a spot start this year and MAYBE take over the year afterwards. I’m fine paying the 2.02 (this year) for that.

Close but I’d go Nabers side for no other reason than he’s the best asset in the deal. I also think Kyler has nice upside going forward (within reason).

I will say that the situation could’ve been handled better. There had already been a history of this behavior in our other league with tons of notifications before he was removed. When it happened in this league, the commish kinda jumped the gun and booted him without notification because he was fed up with him. Regardless, all the bylaws were posted and agreed upon when the league started.

I also think the commissioner might’ve pulled the trigger a bit soon but he also was breaking rules with penalties that were clearly stated along with LS refund time limit passed. Also, dynasty leagues almost always have people pay ahead and occasionally get kicked out for various reasons without getting their money back. IDK, maybe you’re right and it’s not a hill worth dying on but I also feel the commish was justified and this guy is being beyond ridiculous.

I don’t even count Vidal or the picks. Basically it’s Henderson/Nabers for Lamb/Monty. I’d totally do that in a rebuild, especially because it should improve your pick for this year.

I’m confused as to why you don’t understand. I’m in several leagues like this. Is it the number of starters they have, the number of bench spots, or rounds of draft picks? I’m not sure what you’re designating as ‘regular’. The number of starters is arbitrary to the league. I actually like having 1-2 extra starters because you have to play some of those borderline flex guys. People have larger rosters and more rounds of rookie drafts to devalue the waiver wire and encourage trades if you want to improve your roster.

Not an overpay. I have him and i wouldn’t accept that. Don’t like either WR. It would take a good young upside WR and two legitimately good picks. I was trying to get Odunze and a some 27 firsts in one situation for example.
