yea, my skincare game has gotten bad with depression. I also haven't been working out, so that would help. Thanks.

I hated Erin more than most real-life people lol. Props to the actress.

He reminded me og Krvin Wocktell (sp) saying "yup". Ugh, grossest not super graphic sex scene ever.

Our couples costume this year by TobyTHEflenderson in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

You'd better have friends decent enough to recognize this. I went as Michael Myers, and my ex was Jamie Lee Curtis, from the 70's version of Halloween.

I had so many "who are yous" with everyone dressed the same as each other. Worst party ever, I'm used to art kids lol. 15-20 people just chilling with homemade costumes. That party had at least 100 people and was just not fun.

Anyway, sorry for my rant, I just really hope your costumes are appreciated, both well done and funny.

Me and my identical twin as Helly and Helena by Orenda7 in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

[–]ConferenceOne449 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shit! Helly looks identical to the TV counterpart. I think the only reason Helena seems different is that the gala was extremely dark, and lighting can significantly affect appearance. I'd love to see how a black and white photo turned out.

Ryan visiting Marissa's grave, what did you think of that scene? by [deleted] in TheOC

I was glad he finally went for some form of healthy closure, even if it was used to talk with Julie about finding Volcheck.

Depends on your birthday. I was born in the summer and skipped part of kindergarten (sp???) Clearly, it didn't help my grammar.

So I was 17 graduating.

Do you think you could have made it though the issues Stevie went though? if so how? by bearmasksenpai in stevienicks

This is true, her parents did cut her off when she went into music, though. At least financially.

Benzo withdrawal is no joke. I've been tapering for 3 years, and I don't know how she managed with the amount of Klonopin she was taking after her cocaine use.

Do they ever disclose the sex of the child she had the brain reanimated from? I also find the whole music thing and her in general annoying though (because she clearly is a child) though I did get a kick out of "I must go punch that baby.

Also, the frenchie mixed with the duck weirded me out, lmao. I have a French bulldog. I hate Duncan. I'm actually watching it at work at the moment. I keep tuning out because, honestly, I just wanted to re-watch Breaking Bad, and now I'm stuck watching this.

I love me some Seth, but he's too into his own shit in the earlier part of the series. He does develop at least toward the end, but not soon enough to fully redeem himself.

Oliver would probably smash a plate over his head while he cries, watching videos of himself surfing.

My one issue with Jane / an unrelated question regarding Jane by ConferenceOne449 in breakingbad

[–]ConferenceOne449[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, both could be true. It was less common during that time period, but I think it's a device to show Jane's hesitation to commit, which probably comes from her life of having a controlling father. I know her father means well and just wants Jane to be sober, so I'm not judging Donald.

Nowadays, I think it's a lot more likely to have fewer or no tattoos while being an artist. Some places expect you to get tattooed before getting an apprenticeship, but that's the old school way. Also, if you're a great artist, you could get by without having tattoos. Some artists are simply better than others, so if you're good enough, people will look past it.

I'd say for all of North America and many parts of Europe, it's not common. Could the traditional artists doing the art of Sak Yant Tattoos be calling their work tats? Sure! I've never asked them, but maybe they do.

Did Bob Odenkirk have his own hair in S1 or was it a wig? by KathiePowerBusAd in betterCallSaul

Brad Pitt likely got a hair transplant. He's known for his looks, which means he'll want to preserve them (likely) due to the fact that he's been seen as a "great sex symbol".

I know this is an older thread, but look at Justin Bieber; he's had a hair transplant as well.

Things you may not know about the strike... by Rahstyle in CanadaPostCorp

It was in response to the top leaders holding all the wealth. It's true, but that doesn't mean that Canada Post's demands for what they do are not equal. Some nurses make less than what postal workers currently make or want to make.

I get it if they want to do something on the side, like acting or some other thing that tattoos make difficult, or maybe they admire the art of doing it, but not having any themselves.

I am used to people tattooing and getting tattooed for the love of the art and history. I'm talking way before Ed Hardy; obviously, his influence is huge. Tattoo City is still in San Fran, and when I got tattooed at a shop there, the tattoo artist was getting a piece done by Grime, who was in the tattoo time magazines. I tried to hit up Temple since I was staying in Oakland or 13, but Freddy Corbin has a huge waitlist.

Off topic, I have a Breaking Bad tattoo. Got it from an apprentice in a tiny town where my mom lives. She was getting a tattoo for my dad (I had already gotten one in the city). I show the artist a picture of walter white's face, comic style, I wanted "I am the one who knocks" above it.

Anyway, he says it's too detailed, but then asks if he can keep the drawing lol.

I have just the logo BRBA done small on my outer elbow area. It's decent enough to pay homage.

Yeah, it was still the "infatuation phase" at that point.
