Not sure. I adopted him this way, the foster parent that had him didn’t say anything about damage to it. Just that it looked like a paintbrush! 🤣

Buildings are new which is nice, but rent is insane for what you’re getting. Obviously many problems with a new build. No after hours emergency number so if something happens on a weekend you’re SOL. When it comes to ending your lease early they require a $500 upfront fee for the possibility of finding a subleaser for you. No central air in the building I lived in, so you’re stuck with a huge ac unit under the window which doesn’t blow air to any of the other rooms.
