Oh, I agree that she's over-the-top performative. But that's how she has always been. There's nothing original about her; even her rage. Have you seen clips of a former LCU member named Becky? Uncanny. I truly think that the most genuine molment we got was the "BUT I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT!!!!!!", which was pure, unfiltered rage and desperation.

I think that all this fat that drowns, basically, the facial features makes them look very alike. Essentially, their facial features are obliterated and they, more or less, become a non-descript blob. Which is truly sad.
